My purpose for starting this blog

Jalin and Devin,

Jalin, when you were born, I started a journal that I hope you would read when you get old enough. My goal was to write any observations or thoughts that I had....stuff that I wanted you guys to know when you got older. Devin, when you were born, I did the same for you. Some of it would be random thoughts and others would be something profound, advice that you could hopefully put to use in you own life. As life would have it, I did/have not written daily in the journal as I had hoped. I have, however, written quite a bit of my thoughts down for you.
Lately, I wondered if I could write more observations and advice down electronically by creating this blog. I have no idea that it will work, nor do I know if this blog will still be around when you get old enough to read it. I would like to try through. My plan is to type all the journal entrys that I have for you here, even past entrys. I do hope that you guys get to read this and hopefully do the same for your children.
